Samples of variety of hot dogs from across America

  1. The two people on the show that don't need to eat are featured in this segment. Not a good move.

  3. Wow you people are so petty. Sherri and Whoopi like food just like everybody else.

Yes, they do....and we can all see it. However, there's a point when you need to not eat the pastrami hot dog and instead get on the treadmill.

  5. Do you preach this way to every overweight person you see? It's totally petty to even care what these ladies choose to eat and I'm sure they aren't deluded.

  6. Do you not understand the concept of ripple effect? That obesity leads to other causes of bad health problems/concerns. So yes, I think that it's important to care about such an issue when our government is heading down the way where tax dollars will be pumped into the health care industry. I hope that it doesn't head that direction, but with this radical government, who knows.

And yes, when they talk about other celebrities being overweight (such as when they covered Kirstie Alley or someone else), I think that's being hypocritical. You don't have to agree with that, that's ok. :)

U better have a body like Gisele Bundchen or Gilles Marini.

If you don't know who they are, google them.

  8. 618 So what would you suggest? Only get Elisabeth and Barbara to present these food segments simply because Sherri and Whoopi would give it a bad image, or get rid of the segments all together? Don't you think that's grasping at straws? And as for them discussing overweight celebrities... I don't recall them ever calling someone out for being overweight... Kirstie was an exception because she herself was telling everyone to lose weight. This was nothing but a light hearted segment about hot dogs.

  9. Segments like this where you are given like 2 mins to talk about hot dogs are just pointless. They never cover anything remotely healthy and when they do it's the basic tips you can find on any website. Get rid of the segments altogether.

I know Gisele because she's married to Mr. Hottie Brady. :) Gilles is just a nice guy that got access because of his abs. I'm more of a Beckham type though, but thanks for thinking I didn't know who they were. :)

  10. Oh for gods sake. It's light hearted promotion. Get over yourself.

  11. Sherri should not be doing any kind of food segment on the View. She can't handle herself and it doesn't look professional at all. Nothing's wrong with nibble here and there but come on Sherri, have some etiquette, you're on TV!

  12. Some fans of The View are the most petty people I have ever come across.

  13. Americans will never change. So the problem is with the two ladies doing the segment. Not the fact that this processed, genetically modified food ingested by ALL Americans is the cause for heart disease and cancer for the "healthy" and obese alike. Everything presented in this segment was disgusting and looked far from edible. Typical American blame game!
