  1. Why would you talk about a myth on exercise on a day when you are trying to promote health? Maybe Bill needs to go.

  3. LOL @ Elizabeth saying that she snacks and pigs out

It's like when Barbara wants to be portrayed as middle class and not as someone who hosts rich parties and shops on 5th avenue.

  5. @Anon 1:42, just because Elizabeth looks healthy doesn't mean she doesn't pig out

  6. Sherri just admitted that she hasn't lost a lot of weight, she just maintained it. DUH. She hasn't been dieting at all, and who knows if she's been exercising.

  7. Let's just get down to it. MOST people are overeight because they over-eat, period. I eat WHATEVER I want but I don't over-eat. When I am full after dinner, I don't have dessert. If i want dessert, I don't sit and eat a PLATE FULL of rich foods. I am 5'5/120lbs, and 29 years old. I have always been slim but my life doesn't revolve around what i am going to eat that day. I am pretty active. I hate when overweight people make comments about how slim I am, as if i have some kind of "disease" When the women at my job used to ask me "how are you so skinny<--i hate that word*" I tell them.."I always take the stairs" and while people may find that to be a snappy comeback, it's true. I NEVER stand and wait on a dang elevator. I used to take the stairs up and down my building every since day unless i was running late or not feeling well. I think women (more than men) seem to scapegoat their weight gain -- I guarantee there are women behind all these new study articles that basically try to normalize obesity and unhealthy weight gain. Hell, I feel like an alien in this country now..the only girls i see my size are college aged girls and that's starting to change. I get nasty comments from overweight women all the time about how i "need to eat" -- I am a GROWN woman and for them to say that to me thinking it's cute is amazing. If I were to come back by saying "Ok, well how about you NOT eat your food today and give it to me, that would be a great balancing act" Then *I* would be a meanie. Yeah right..I am so tired of hearing about weight in this country. Either accept your fatness and move on, or lose the weight and move on. Don't try to force people to like something that they may not find acceptable.

save your "weight" stories for a blog. We could care less how much you weigh and whether or not you have been slim your entire life. smh

  11. u know what i hate? i hate when skinny people say they hate being called skinny. stop the maddness please! I'm quite slim myself & like you i just watch what i eat, but never in my life have i gotten upset cos someone said im skinny or even too skinny, i just say "i try". Its a compliment! which ever way its dished out. People are dying to be slim. so please cut out the BS. Like pretty girls claiming to be upset when they are told they are pretty....how about you getting fat for a min so you can learn to appreciate a compliment.
