I thoroughly enjoyed Sherri losing her train of thoughts and ability to do a come back.

  10. If you educate yourself on socialism you'll find just how repugnant it is. Ridiculous coming from Brand. Does he really think that if the state controlled everything, they would free up resources for him to do comedy, movies etc?
Ask the people from east europe who experienced socialism how it felt.
Socialism is not just "free heathcare." France, Sweden, U.k are not socialist by any means.
Socialism makes the state the sole producer/employer. Say goodbye to your t.v, our cellphone, your car and your computer if we end up with that.

  12. He was so funny. I loved how he had Sheri flustered. The man is totally mad but in a good way. Yes, "He is hot in a completely wrong way"

  13. The party in government in the UK now is a member of the European Socialist Group.
    Socialism does not equal totalitarianism.

  14. The New Labour party is in no way socialist. It's a liberal party, that's why the economy is f'd up here and the conservatives are about to take power, but it's in no way socialist or marxist. Far from it.
Again, you obviously don't understand what the definition of socialism is. Having free healthcare doesn't make you socialist.
Socialism is state control over all the means of production.

  15. Hi,
I'm Hungarian and my English is kind of bad. So what did he say to sheri to throw her of guards like that? If someone could just please write down the word so I can look it up.
    Thank you

  16. I adore him! If I were single... And he came on to me like that especially if I was being celebate, i don't think I could have resisted, LOL. Hope Sherri doesn't reget this decision, if in fact she sticks to it;)

  17. R: You look nice.
S: Thank you so much Russell I appreciate that.
R: I like these sort of gladiator shoes you're wearing, and I like your legs. Now I understand that you've been celibate for a while. When are you going to give that up?
S: This is what I say, "Don't start nothing you can't finish Russell," OK?
R: Miss, I assure you, this is an area in which I am confident. I am not bluffing. I will take care of you, I will make you see multicolored, I will make you forget your own name. It will be wonderful.
    ---
R: She seems quite keen I think Barbara. You've got all dressed up. You've got me dressed up. Now come on.
    ---
    R: Well, Sherry tonight.
    ---
R: You know we can meet outside the confines of this show.

  18. i love russel brand. he always leaves me laughing. i especially appreciate his balance of serious/ridiculous. he did a really wonderful interview on NPR's fresh air you should check out. it's funny how he is sexy. what is it about him that makes him that way? if someone on the street said to me what he says, i'd be creeped out. maybe that combination of directness combined with a london accent?

  19. Hilarious!! I've watched this clip how many times? I can't admit. I enjoy Russell's humor with 'veiled' intelligence. Something rare in US comics who mostly default to obvious or slapstick.
