    I can't believe Whoopi is not there! I may not even watch the whole show because she's not there.

    They don't shoot on Fridays, so maybe Whoopi needed a four day weekend to travel or do some other engagement.

    As for the Joan Rivers thing, Joy was right. Barbara read that quote as if it were some eulogy. As much as she irritates me at times, you can never take anything Rivers says THAT seriously (the way Barbara read her quote).

    I think I read somewhere that Whoopi had to go to LA for the TCA up-fronts regarding a new game show she's doing with The Discovery Channel, so thats probably why she wasn't on today. I know thats why Joy was gone for the last two days because of the up-fronts for her nighttime show.

    Sometimes it is nice when Whoopi is gone. She's very often too serious, with her eye-rolling and stern looks. It's a relief...

    Whoopi is too serious all the time like Anon said and she always makes faces, even at the guests. She needs to get over her ego. I love Joy because she's both serious and silly. She's always fun to watch.

    Anon @ 2:42: I completely agree! I think she has a really big ego..I don't like the looks she gives whenever someone says something she doesn't like...and not to mention the eye rolling, and condescending voice whenever sherri/elizabeth talk entertainment...I like joy, even though I don't agree with her views on a lot things, she makes me laugh and when she sees things getting too heated at the table, she ends it with a joke or laugh..My kinda girl!!

    I love the looks she gives. Especially when it's something asinine or groundless (in regards to Elisabitch) or something ignorant or stupid (when it comes to Sherri).

    Anyway, I can't stand Barbara whining every time Whoopi goes away that the audience doesn't groan when she's away the way they do for Whoopi. Hey, Barbara -- it's because you're an old, uninteresting, terribly unfunny BORE! I mean, seriously. Three days of Dead Pigeon talk? Yeah, that's the best way to make the audience miss you when you're gone!

    uhm,i am a long time viewer and eternal fan, i followed you from youtube till here. i used to watch you in my old laptop and have no prob viewing dailymotion videos, but now in my new laptop, i can't at all. what should i do? there are some video i really want to watch. sorry if i sound rude or desperate, thanks anyway.

    yeah i'm starting to get really really annoyed at whoopi. i LOVE Joy, and i'm so glad she's back. yep, barbara is actually letting other people talk!

    i like whoopi but i thought the show overall flowed better this episode without her. even elisabeth seemed more likeable and calm which doesn't happen often lol, and her and joy seem to get along better when they sit next to each other for some reason.

    i've liked having whoopi on the view but much like rosie i think both are more famous and thus their egos are a little too big to share the stage with four other women, and are better suited having their own shows.
