  1. I love that Barbara Walters said she didn't buy a new dress cos of the recession!! Ha ha, you know it is perfectly fine not to be affected by the recession, you don't have to pretend (and yes, I know she was just using it as an excuse!)

  2. I love Joan Rivers, plus that party planner is crazy, its a cocktail party, not a ladies luncheon, why the hell would you need a lounge chair!

  3. OMG! Wanda Sykes was HILARIOUS! The Rush Joke was historic. This is truly a generation gap because everyone I know under 3,0 rep or dem laughed out loud but anyone older took it way too seriously!

  5. Whoopi looked like a chipmunk today. I'm glad she explained the incident with the apple though because I was wondering about that during the telecast.

And I really wish that everyone would get off Joy's case about getting married and being there for it. It's really getting annoying.

And this is one 25 yr old that's proud to be a Republican. Return Elisabeth. I heart you! :)

  6. Not loving the short hair on Sherry... I think it over-emphasizes her chubbiness... She's a lovely lady, don't get me wrong, I just think a medium or longer style is more flattering for her....

Wouldn't that be fun, though.. to change your hairstyle every dang day?!

  8. Wanda Skyes was a generational gap yes, but not the way you're thinking. It's more like immaturity versus maturity, not that there's necessarily anything wrong with either one, but just because young people were laughing now doesn't mean they will later on, regardless of how generations differ.

I think Wanda Skyes knew exactly what she was doing. It's the best kind of publicity she could get. This is one performance people will remember, as well as her name. I never heard of her, but I do now !

I don't think that Joan Rivers treated the party planner badly on The Apprentice. This party planner knew what was expected from him. To make something classy out of a ugly looking gym-hall. He clearly wasn't up to the task when his client didn't get the feeling that he could pull it off. His remarks made that pretty clear. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen... and that's what he did.
