  3. he is a victim of flaws that are in the judicial system, it is a shame. On the positive side, justice was finally served!

  4. I bet his case had EVERYTHING to do with him just being a Black. All of the facts 26 years ago were probably not worth looking into because when the Whites that run the judicial system have their mind set on who they want to prosecute, Blacks in America have had a terrible time within the judicial system especially during the time he was prosecuted. I'm not racist or trying to be mean, but that is just fact in this country.

  5. I meant to say "all of the evidence" 26 years ago "if any" were probably not worth looking into...

  8. Texas. Why am i not surprised? I am sure it was a jury of his "peers".

  9. Yes, Texas is still very racist. Didn't the DA say that they've freed 19 innocent people in the last year? That's terrible. I totally expect this from places like Dallas. Most southern and/or rural places are still very prejudice. Poor thing, he clearly hasn't had time to catch up on fashion. That suit is sooooo '70s...lol.

Awww... Whoopi just showed her dyslexia. That's adorable. It must be so hard for her. :-(

  10. Anyone still believe in death sentances now?

  11. I do.....Just make sure you get it right. the death sentence isnt the prob, the judges and jury are

  12. Right, the judges and jury are the problem, but they are the ones who determine whether someone get's the death sentence... it's impossible to make sure that they "get it right," and innocent people pay the price.
