    Does ABC think we're all stupid? THis past week has been one long commercial for Disney and all of its shows.

    this week has been interminable!! wonder how much disney paid The View for this week-long plug. what really steams me is, they virtually killed Hot Topics all week so we could watch, what- the history of donald duck and goofy?? or plugs for big lots? kill me now. wonder if this week's ratings went as low as my mood... this segment was enough for me, i wont watch the rest of the show. hurry monday.

    Yes, Disney does own ABC. Or ABC owns Disney? They're the same, that's all you need to know.

    I really hope that their first show next week will be a day of hot topics. That would make up for that Big Lots thing (that was pretty bad).

    I agree that this week The View sucked! And even the interviews sucked, like something was wrong with the hole thing: the crew, the locations, weather, and so on.

    I agree with most of you!!

    No Hot Topics apart from one mention of Bernie Madoff at the beginning of the week and the interviews sucked!!

    I really can't wait for Monday when they get back to normal!

    Yeah without Hot Topics The View is nothing! And this week has been nothing but a promo for all ABC shows (although I like Brothers and Sisters). Can't wait till Monday!

    K, I agree with most all the comments here.
    The View is nothing without Hot Topics.
    In fact, I think this is just about ALL
    it should be, but a few guests, that the
    women allow to be heard. All the rest of it
    is crap.
    We'd have been better off with them playing
    re-runs of Rosie all week while they all took
    a vacation.
    I hope they do some heavy hitting this coming
    week. - Its a very sad day when Ellen is a
    better show.

    Don't knock Ellen, she's a better show than the others out there most of the time in terms of entertainment quality.
