Shows Schedules For The Week

The schedules sites posted above are the only source of informations I used. The schedules are updated every week, and I don't go looking for anything beyond that. In other words, I have no freaking clue when they are coming back. I am just that lazy.

    The schedule shows that there were shows for the week of Aug 10-15...u havent uplaoded them...is all well?

    These shows are on summer break. So the schedule is of repeated shows.

    Take a minute to look at the 3 links Lester has nicely listed here. The links provide the schedules for each of the 3 shows (The View, Ellen, Oprah). All 3 shows are now on summer holiday with no new shows being aired, only repeats, until September (keep checking back here at the yaketyyak site to see when new shows are posted).
    However, only OPRAH actually tells you that the shows being aired on TV now are repeats and OPRAH lists the Original Air Date OAD in parenthesis ( ). Thank you Oprah for being honest about properly identifying the shows. She even now has more show information provided and some short video clips. Again, only this yaketyyak site posts the entire episode, with the TV commercials edited out by the skillful Lester.

    The primary reason The View and Ellen do not want you to know the shows are repeats is that they want you to actually watch the show again (on TV) hoping you do not know it is a repeat until you have also watched some of the commercials, thus more advertising revenues. I am not sure but I think they may identify the show as repeat at the very beginning with a QUICK onair message.
    Ellen's website even has a small TVicon in each show description for you to "Watch the Preview". Very funnny Ellen, but not humorous! Those clips are NOT PREVIEWS, they are RECAPS!

    Take a few minutes to email The View and Ellen to ask them to properly identify the repeat shows along with their Original Air Dates on their websites.
    And, also make sure you watch the shows on this yakety yak site to help out Lester.

    I am sure some of the confusion of people posting comments here on yaketyak asking why Lester is not posting shows now are due the View and Ellen sites not properly identifying the shows as repeats.

    I really appreciate aalllll the wonderful stuff you've put up. Is there any chance you could add It's On With Alexa Chung in your list of shows? I'm actually not sure whether she'll continue with her show when the summer's over but still. I've seen clips and it looks freaking awesome, witty, love it.
