  4. You should really start putting videos below the fold...

so the main page doesn't FREEZE every time someone visits.

Would really speed up the loading.

Not sure what do you mean by putting videos below the fold

Don't know what to tell you. Not a single video ever froze on my computer. Don't start and stop on multiple videos. Streaming continues even when you hit the stop button.

  8. And if you're using Safari, be sure to upgrade to the newest Safari 4 public beta version. I had to do so in order to watch the videos! They wouldn't work on my old version 3.

  9. Below the fold...like using the *more* tag. Not familiar with how blogspot does it...

where only an excerpt of the full post appears on the main page and a "Read More" or whatever link appears. Click "Read More", and you get to see the full post. Know what I mean?

Usually for posts that are really long, but useful for keeping flash heavy sites from loading multiple player instances at once.

Like youtube, the flash player only loads when you click onto the videos page.

Oh, the "Read More" thingy... nope, it's not a feature on blogsport or I would had used it and elimiinated most of the "freezing" problem. There is no easily around it with blogspot, so I'll just have to limit to about 10 videos on the main page. Loading time for me is only ~ 5 secs
