my husband works hard and he gives me his whole pay check and takes his 40 bucks a week to spend during work hours or maybe goin to a friends house if he needs extra he asks me and if it has to go into the household cause its a hard week he lets it be unless its important
im proud of my husband and im thankful to him its hard and to hear liz screach about her millianor hubby and how she spends it is silly she lives in a 4 million dollar penthouse her hubby paid for
i wish they would leave the "im regular folk like you" disscusion alone
Elisabeth pulls down a pretty penny for The View, so I'm sure she contributes more than her fair share to the financial end of that marriage. Actually, considering her husband probably never made more than the league minimum in the NFL, and is now a low-level analyst on ESPN, Liz probably makes more than he does.
Whoopi Goldberg- $ 2 million Sherri Shephard- $ 1 million Elisabeth Hasselbeck--$1.25 million Joy Behar- $1.5 million Barbara- $12 million (including 20/20 and Specials)
I have always been taught that even if you have a joint account you must always have an account for yourself!! You need to because anything can happen in a marriage and that money can save you and/or your children!
I totally agree with Whoppi, I make to much money to give someone else control over it ... KEEP IT SEPERATE! My partner completly understand why... But hey whatever works for your relationship

That whole intro seemed rather scripted to me. Notice the way Whoopi just led right into the opening "topic".
ReplyDeleteanway, thanks for posting!
I enjoyed Joy shutting Barbara up with the "26 years... beat that!" Very nice.
ReplyDeleteOne account for me. That is how you can reach goals with your partner. When you share money with your partner you work against the same priorities.
ReplyDeleteThis sucked. I was hoping they were going to discuss Rep. Virginia Foxx's Gaff
ReplyDelete^^^Well, remember the Friday show is usually taped Thursday afternoon.

ReplyDeleteI feel that you should have a joint account for the bills you share... but you should also have your own accounts for what you may want......
