If Star had support by companies like Payless Shoes then maybe she couldn't tell the truth about her health. I love her honesty but she sold out her audience with the whole wedding deal. We saw drastic change in her body but felt like we were being fooled by her being so vague. She could really have helped so many people telling her story then.
Just a word of caution: any amount of excessive clicking on ads could be viewed as inappropriate by the company who pays the ad revenue. Lester could then be blacklisted. This happens regularly with Google and Google never gives a second chance. So, if you see an ad that interests you click on it once.
She does look really bizarre that thin. So does that weatherman that had the same surgery. I thought her whole tone during the interview was just too much drama. She was fat. She didn't have cancer, she wasn't missing a leg, she wasn't avoiding being shot at while running through a war zone. She was fat. Enough with the drama.
You obviously havent had any close encounter with obesity. Obesity is physically and mentally painful, it can be as hurtful and live changing as cancer... You gotta respect such bravery
Obesity is an eating disorder just as Anorexia. Must countries have unfortunatley not realised this yet. Would you say to a person with anorexia to "quit the drama". I don't think so. She was almost dying! Show some human emotions.
I respected Star a lot more in this interview because she was willing to let people in. Her last few years on the view, she was running around bragging about how fabulous her life was -- and I KNEW she was attempting to sell the audience a bill of goods. That's what made me dislike her. It had nothing to do with the weight. It had to do with the fact that she was clearly trying to make herself seem much more grand -- and when people do that, it's a tell tale sign that they're are attempting to hide something.
And, to Oprah's point, I don't think Star would've settled for Reynolds if she was more confident in herself weight-wise.
