    Chavez is an hypocrite. He allegedly and openly blames the united states for every single thing that goes wrong in this country (Venezuela)AND THEN he goes to Obama and tells him "I want to be your friend". This is a man that spents 60 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR IN SHOES when people are starving here, services such as electricity and water fail frequently, people get shot in the streets everyday. I for one, have been robbed FOUR TIMES in the last 2 years. There's NO security, NO justice, NO food, NO respect. Chavez is a disgrace and a shame for this country and for what I respect he can go to hell. I'm not going to hate the united states just "because". I don't buy his act but I respect Obama for having education...somthing Chavez has never known about

    Whoopi's mistake reminded me of an episode of 30Rock when Jane krakowski had to apologize on national Tv for saying that she hated the troops. was so funny. you guys should watch that episode it's titled Hard Ball (a.k.a. Negotiation)

    EH is a great add to The View,she is sweet,religious,cute,beautiful,self-confidant,highly educated, funny and sexy.

    You can't resent her because of her political views,that's absolutely unacceptable people.Learn to embrace people's various opinions even if they disagree with yours or at least you could show some respect.Peace!

    I follow the American political debate and it just seems that most conservatives all of a sudden have forgot Reagan & Mikhail Gorbachev, Nixon who met with both Leonid Brezhnev & Mao Zedong.

    Venezuela is not a dictatorship but a democracy. Chavez is critical against the US but he is not a dictator like many of the other leaders that american presidents have met in the past. Im not defending Chavez but the US have supported many dictators in South America. Pinochet in Chile is just one of many examples.
